About Us

Our Creation

We are a volunteer group that supports track and field (athletics) events and education in Toronto.

We began in 2009 with no branding or official name. The city was in need of trained and organized volunteers to facilitate the Canadian National Outdoor Athletics Championships for both 2009 and 2010.

In 2011 we were asked to reassemble for the Toronto International Track and Field Games . After this event, much to our surprise, we were appreciated with a small financial gift which gave us the funding we needed to create the brand.

Our History

Since the brand was created, we have participated in a variety of local and international events such as the Athletics Ontario Indoor Relay Championship, Canadian Indoor and Outdoor Masters Athletics Championships, The Asian Community Games and the Nike High School Grand Prix, The Nike Women's Toronto Island 15 K and The Pan American and Para-Pan American Games 2015, just to name a few.

In 2012 our founder Melanie Chiu received recognition on our behalf as Volunteer of the Year awarded by Athletics Ontario.

Our Purpose

Our vision is to be a leader in the track and field experience by providing opportunities to volunteer, personal growth and leadership.

We are always looking for dedicated and motivated volunteers.

Our program is designed to provide meaningful experiences for everyone in our community. We want to educate and mentor people who want to learn and expand their knowledge in track and field, thus creating the next generation of accredited officials. Finally, we forge lasting memories for those who work with us.
